Job Title: Adult Care Delivery Manager

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to manage and deliver high-quality care services to our residents. As an Adult Care Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering best care plans, leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising shifts
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families and healthcare professionals
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Carrying out risk assessments
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
