About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our care community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical and medical care to our residents while promoting their dignity and well-being.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will lead a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where our residents feel secure and valued. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.

Key Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid NMC Pin or be awaiting registration. You should have a proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and delegate effectively. Good communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as flexibility and adaptability to changes at short notice.

Benefits and Rewards: As an Akari Care employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, plus a welcome bonus of £1,500 (terms and conditions apply). We also provide employers' pension contributions of 3% and annual NMC fees paid. You will also receive uniform provided and DBS check costs covered.
