Seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Regional Support Manager at a reputable provider of elderly care services. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of our care homes in the North East region, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in elderly dementia care and experience in managing teams to lead our regional support team. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care homes, including staff supervision, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our staff, residents, and their families. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the regional support team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our care homes, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided by our organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in elderly dementia care and team management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
What We Offer

As a Regional Support Manager at our organization, you will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from:
