About the Role

This role involves playing a direct and personal part in ensuring the best possible care and support for our residents, including nursing responsibilities, team leadership, and mentoring. You will work closely with our internal and external professionals to create a cohesive care community.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a minimum hourly rate of £20.00, accompanied by a £1,500 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply), employer's pension contribution of 3%, and other benefits including an annual NMC fee payment, uniform, and DBS check costs.

As a Dementia Nurse Specialist, you will need to have a passion for working with older adults, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
