Nurse Home Manager

Chroma Recruitment is seeking a skilled Nurse Home Manager to lead our care home operations in the North East region. As a Regional Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of care to residents, as well as managing staff and resources.
The ideal candidate will have a background in elderly dementia care, CQC experience, and nurse qualifications. Operations experience in care homes is advantageous, but not essential. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality care and improve the quality of life for residents in residential dementia settings.
