Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to residents. As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing home.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mitigate risks effectively to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working within the health care sector.
  • Management / Leadership experience (essential) and qualification (desirable).
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - Essential.
