Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary up to £22.37 per hour (based on 40 hours) or £46,529 per year, plus a range of benefits including paid NMC PIN renewal, paid individual membership for the Nursing Times, free DBS check, and pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and order medicines as required by the home, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Registered Manager in developing and maintaining systems and procedures for auditing and assuring quality of care.
  • Work within the NMC codes of conduct and provide professional supervision to care staff and nursing staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • 12 months experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting is preferred.
  • Previous management skills and experience working with a team are essential.
  • You must have an active NMC PIN and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
