Weston County Health Services seeks an accomplished Clinical Services Manager to oversee the management of our Newcastle and Upton Clinics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellent patient care, customer service, and clinical outcomes.

This role requires a proven track record of success in healthcare management, with expertise in team leadership, policy development, and operational improvement. You will also possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits program featuring health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care and customer experiences
  • Developing and implementing effective policies to enhance clinic operations and patient outcomes
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to staff and providers
  • Maintaining a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business, or related field with management experience; or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Experience in managing teams and developing policies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
