Clinical Support Associate

Stryker's Joint Replacement business is seeking a Clinical Support Associate to promote Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimize customer service, growing existing accounts through technical expertise.

The Opportunity

The Clinical Support Associate will provide clinical product support to end users along with guidance and assistance during Mako surgical procedures.

  • Act with integrity and deliver on commitments within the required timescales.
  • Understand multiple stakeholders in the decision-making process and ask appropriate questions.
About the Job

We require a highly skilled individual with excellent communication skills, analytical and planning skills, and strong teamwork and networking skills. A valid driving license is required.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
