About the Role

As a prestigious care provider, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This well-established residential home provides exceptional care to the elderly, including residential, dementia, and respite care services.

With over 10 years of providing top-tier care, this home boasts a GOOD CQC rating, spacious facilities, and a supportive team environment. As Deputy Home Manager, you'll have the chance to lead a dedicated care team, supported by a fantastic Home Manager and a strong senior management structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate, guide & support care staff to deliver the highest quality care
  • Ensure all resident needs are met with personalised, compassionate care.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company guidelines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in elderly care & management
  • A strong understanding of care regulations and best practices
  • NVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 (desirable or commitment to pursue relevant training)

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include pay increase with longevity, access to the regular bus service, free onsite parking, and more.
