Job Title: Compassionate Care Worker

**Estimated Salary:** £23,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description**
Your responsibilities as a Compassionate Care Worker will include:
  • Delivering high-quality care and support to residents
  • Developing strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Participating in care planning and reviews
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of NVQ/QCF Level 2 Award in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of caring for vulnerable adults
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
