Job Title: Adult Care Support Worker
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Support Worker to join our team. This role will involve supporting a lady with multiple sclerosis (MS) with her daily personal care needs, including showering and dressing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing physical support and assistance with personal care tasks
- Ensuring the lady's safety during showering and other activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with adults with disabilities is an advantage
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional evenings
- High degree of initiative and willingness to learn
Working Hours and Salary:
This part-time position involves 2 hours per week, worked on Tuesdays and Saturdays, with a salary of £13.09 per hour.
Person Specification:
- Ideally have experience working as a support worker, including supporting with personal care
- Have a positive understanding towards people with disabilities
- Be punctual, reliable, and flexible
Benefits:
