**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at Presbyterian Church in Ireland. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, or older people in our supported living environment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to our tenants, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care, as well as supporting them in developing relationships and participating in community activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working in a caring environment directly with an adult client group
  • QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to working within the Christian ethos of PCI
