Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to young people with learning disabilities and challenging behavioural needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering a service that meets all organisational and professional responsibilities. This includes assisting with the supervision of daily activities, promoting positive behaviour support, and contributing to reviews and staff meetings.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.86 per hour (overtime and shift premium rates applicable) and a range of benefits including enhanced holiday package, pension, and access to high street discounts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the supervision of young people's clothing, furnishings, and household equipment
* Undertake household and domestic duties
* Support young people with their educational work and leisure activities
* Accompany young people on outings and visits
* Promote personal care duties for young people with disabilities as required
* Contribute to reviews, staff meetings, and individual programmes of care

Requirements:
* 4 GCSEs A-C (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent
* 2 years' experience in similar roles working with young people with learning disabilities and challenging behavioural needs
* Enhanced vetting, including an Access NI check
* Up-to-date immunisation records
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills
