Caring Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caring Support Specialist, providing support and care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and older people in our supported living environment. The successful candidate will have experience of working directly with adult clients, preferably in a caring environment. You will be responsible for ensuring tenants receive appropriate assessment, training, and support to develop skills and attitudes, enabling them to achieve their Personal Centred Plans.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently and as part of a team. As a Caring Support Specialist, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of significant events in the lives of tenants and prepare written reports when required. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any maintenance and/or security issues linked to the building and equipment.
The salary for this role is £11.97 per hour, with opportunities for career development and progression within our organization. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is committed to delivering exceptional care and support, we would love to hear from you.
