Be Caring is seeking a compassionate Dignity Care Provider to join our team in Newcastle, where you will make a real difference in people's lives by providing care and support that promotes dignity and respect. The ideal candidate will have the right values, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and their families. As a Dignity Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing personal care that protects people's dignity, promoting independence using enabling approaches, supporting people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals, and connecting people to their communities accessing local support and services.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour for drivers and £11.50 per hour for walkers, paid shifts not per call, travel time included. Mileage rates are 45p per mile for drivers and 20p per mile for cyclists. Bonus schemes include up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, and a £25 birthday gift voucher.

Our comprehensive induction training program includes Be Caring values, dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity, as well as fluids and nutrition, safe administration of medication, moving and positioning, basic life support, pressure sores, infection prevention and control, health and safety, learning disabilities, mental health, and capacity.
