We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team of Night Care Practitioners at Derwent care home in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

This role is ideal for those passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives and providing exceptional support to residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Documenting care and adhering to agreed procedures and processes.

Estimated salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
