About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Compassionate Care Specialist in Shiremoor, NE27. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, particularly on late shifts and alternate weekends.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with our service users. No previous care qualifications are required, but a passion for delivering exceptional care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care that respects people's dignity
- Connect people to their communities and access local support services
- Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control
