We are seeking a kind and compassionate person to join our team of Night Care Practitioners at Derwent care home in Low Westwood, Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
This role involves providing personal care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and privacy are maintained.
The successful candidate will have excellent listening skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team. A supportive team environment and ongoing training opportunities are offered.
