About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Belong Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

This is a part-time role with 4 positions available, each at 26 hours per week. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with other staff members to maintain high standards of care and service towards customers, relatives, visitors, and other members of staff.

Your key responsibilities will include providing a range of personal and practical care to our residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and promoting independence and dignity.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach to caring for older people. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and be flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the household.
