About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our Reception class in our vibrant primary school in Liverpool city centre. This is an incredible opportunity to support a child with additional needs and help them thrive in their early education.

The Role:

  • You will provide tailored support to a child with additional needs in the Reception class, working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized learning strategies.
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment to encourage the child's confidence and independence.
  • Monitor progress and communicate effectively with staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a child with additional needs in the Reception class.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social and emotional growth.
  • Communicate regularly with staff and parents to ensure effective collaboration and support.

What We Offer:
