About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Busy Bees Childcare. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in early years education and support.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist in the delivery of high-quality childcare services and contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs for young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of educational programs for young children
  • Assist in the development of individualized learning plans
  • Provide guidance and support to children, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • Early Years Practitioner level 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Knowledge of child development theories and principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
