Child Support and Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate teaching assistant to provide tailored, 1:1 support to a child in Reception who requires additional support due to Pathological Demand Avoidance and Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
About the Role- Working closely with the child, parents, and other professionals to implement individualised strategies.
- Promoting positive interactions and emotional regulation, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for the child.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,500 per annum, depending on experience.
