We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to support the learning and development of our students in a dynamic and inclusive primary school setting.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their emotional and academic growth. A background in education or experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide individualised support to students, enhancing their educational experience and promoting their overall well-being.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and child protection practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,500-£22,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, including enhanced DBS certification and safeguarding training.
