We are seeking a highly skilled New Business Development Professional to join our team at Omega. As a leading recruitment agency in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and results-driven solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development in a 360 recruitment role within the Engineering or Manufacturing sectors. With a strong focus on client relationships and strategic partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities while collaborating closely with our talented team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to secure new clients and partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Director to develop innovative recruitment solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Proven track record of success in the Engineering or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • A passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
