Security Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Manager to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our security provision to ensure a premier security service is always provided.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the day-to-day running of the security operation, overseeing multiple sites
* Lead and motivate the security team, ensuring they embody the ethos and core values of the site
* Ensure all contract security personnel are aware of and comply with AI's, client policies, and procedures
* Manage the administration and welfare of the site security team, including induction and continuation training, probation, and setting objectives during annual appraisals
* Demonstrate an awareness of security threats and stay up-to-date with the current environment

**Requirements:**

* Demonstrable experience in the Security industry
* Industry-recognised qualification in management (desirable)
* Valid SIA DS front-line licence
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Excellent knowledge of operational security software applications or the ability to acquire such knowledge
