Key Responsibilities


In this role, you will manage key accounts as a Security Officer. As a junior team member, you will oversee our customers' Information and Cybersecurity needs within Vodafone, providing security leadership, technical insights, and ensuring that security acts as a facilitator for Vodafone and its clients.

The Client Security Account Manager (CSAM) will serve as the primary Vodafone contact for security matters concerning the customer, ensuring the effective delivery of security services in accordance with the Master Service Agreement.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as the sole point of contact for all customer security inquiries related to Vodafone
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting. Engaging in customer security forums and overseeing client security audits
  • Collaborating with all Vodafone Lines of Business to advocate for our customers' current and evolving security posture
  • Conducting Security & Risk assessments and managing audits
Qualifications:

  • Experience in daily cyber security and security assurance management
  • Ability to influence positive cyber security practices
  • Strong communication skills to enhance customer experience as you will interact directly with customers and service/account teams
  • Collaborating with customers and colleagues to fulfill cyber security obligations
  • Capable of providing regular, comprehensive reports on security workload, risks, and issues
  • Motivation to achieve relevant security qualifications
  • A passion for Cyber security and a desire to advance into an assurance role.
Security Clearance:
This position requires eligibility and the ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC)
