Responsibilities

Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) is committed to safeguarding Vodafone Business, its personnel, and clients. To achieve this, it is crucial to maintain a consistent approach to information security across Vodafone Business.

VBSE collaborates with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels within Vodafone, Partners, and Customers. Working together to ensure the design, delivery, security, reliability, and availability of our services are future-ready and align with both local and enterprise-wide policies.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as a Security Officer for a key Vodafone Business account, managing our clients' Information and Cybersecurity needs within Vodafone. You will provide security leadership, technical insights, and ensure that security acts as an enabler for Vodafone and its clients. The Customer Account Security Manager (CASM) will be the primary Vodafone contact for security matters concerning the customer, ensuring the effective delivery of security services as outlined in the Master Service Agreement.


• Act as the primary contact for all customer security issues related to Vodafone

• Oversee compliance with all contractual security obligations, including agreed reporting. Participate in customer security forums and provide management oversight of client security audits

• Collaborate with all Vodafone Lines of Business to advocate for our customers' current and evolving security posture

• Conduct Security & Risk assessments, audits, and manage significant changes

• Support account inquiries (Commercial / Service / Technical), identify security opportunities, and assist with bids

Qualifications


• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to technical and non-technical, multinational audiences

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships within a Security team, delivering security advice, reporting, and guidance to clients

• Strong understanding of current and future Security landscapes and the challenges posed by evolving regulatory and legal frameworks

• Experience across multiple sectors (public, retail, utilities, financial, etc.)

• Must take ownership, champion, and proactively fulfill obligations, providing regular, accurate reporting on security status, risks, and issues across the CASM community

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or willingness to obtain one or more

• Industry experience within a Security team

• Must be capable of obtaining relevant Security Clearance and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
