Job Summary:
Hackle Security Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Control Centre Operator to join our team. As a Security Control Centre Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security incidents, dispatching security officers, and maintaining accurate records of communications and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including alarms and video equipment
- Dispatch security officers as required via telephone and/or email
- Maintain accurate records of communications and events
- Communicate and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders
- Accurately maintain control of all equipment and keys in the Control Room
- Proactively monitor all surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs
- Respond to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones and intercoms
- Schedule of Officers rotas & ADHOC Duties requested by the Clients / Management
Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong decision-making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situations
- Able to work with highly confidential information
- Must be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
