Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our award-winning Bidwells Group team in Cambridge. As a key member of our BD & Marketing team, you will play a vital role in implementing our group's strategy and delivering business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing new business opportunities and building relationships with internal colleagues and external clients at all levels. You will work closely with the Head of Business Development to support the development and implementation of our group's wider business strategy.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive commercial growth.
  • Lead one strand of our Generate Programme, upskilling fee earners in a chosen marketplace.
  • Act as a project manager on large-scale pitches, supporting the delivery of bid management processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and external clients.
