We are pleased to announce the availability of a Guest Communication Executive position at The Peninsula London, reporting to the Guest Communications Manager and Supervisors.
An exciting opportunity to work in a world-class hotel environment, with outstanding remuneration and benefits packages.
- Liaise with the Director of F&B and F&B Management team to ensure accurate inventory control of F&B seating.
- Maintain effective handling of no-shows and cancellations in Rooms and F&B, aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize strong communication skills and expertise in hotel systems and Microsoft Office to achieve success.
- Night shift duties will be required based on operational needs.
Salary range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
