Senior Practitioner

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our CAMHS team in Redbridge. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Front Door, triaging, Initial Assessments, Duty Team, and interface activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Front Door with triaging, Initial Assessments, Duty Team, and interface activities
- Provide clear risk and formulations to improve the journey of young people presenting to the service
- Develop brief interventions and implement a range of groups and 1-1 therapies within the I Thrive Model and as indicated by CAMHS and NICE guidance
Requirements
- Professional qualification and registration
- CAMHS experience
- Triage, assessment, risk assessment, and formulation skills and experience
- Knowledge of relevant government policies and guidance relating to CYP mental health
