Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing incident, major incident, and service request processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Incident, Major Incident, and Service Request processes
  • Ensure assigned processes are clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting to support the IT function

Requirements:

  • In-depth experience of managing Incidents, Major Incidents, and Requests
  • Strong background in ITIL Service Management capability
  • Good understanding of Incident, Major Incident Management, Service Request, Problem, Change & Release Management, Disaster Recovery & Continuous Service Improvement Management

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
