Incident and Service Request Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in managing incident, major incident, and service request processes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the Incident, Major Incident, and Service Request processes
- Ensure assigned processes are clearly communicated to stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to support the IT function
Requirements:
- In-depth experience of managing Incidents, Major Incidents, and Requests
- Strong background in ITIL Service Management capability
- Good understanding of Incident, Major Incident Management, Service Request, Problem, Change & Release Management, Disaster Recovery & Continuous Service Improvement Management
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
