Service Operations Specialist Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Service Operations Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will have experience in fault incident resolution and will be required to have DV level Security Clearance.

The role involves providing 1st line service operation support, analysing and resolving requests and incidents, and logging and tracking customer and staff enquiries using the GSS Service Management System. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with ticketing helpdesk systems such as JIRA.

The successful candidate will also be expected to work with Account Management, other internal and external operational teams to drive the management of queues, interfacing with customers and ensuring local procedures are updated to reflect changes. In addition, they will be expected to share knowledge and set direction for colleagues and peers within the immediate and wider teams.

This role offers a range of benefits, including discounted BT products, on-target bonus, and flexible working options. The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
