Key Responsibilities

  • Manage telecommunication interactions and IT-related tasks
  • Work collaboratively within a team or independently as required
  • Deliver prompt and courteous customer service through phone interactions
  • Validate and maintain patient and healthcare professional databases, ensuring timely communication
  • Efficiently handle high volumes of calls
  • Keep accurate records in the database

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in telecommunication and customer service
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems
  • Adept at troubleshooting and providing precise information
  • Knowledge of networking and telecommunication solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Client/Server applications and database management

Qualifications

  • GCSE English at grade C or equivalent
