About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to provide informed and effective support
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or telephony environment
