Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information, advice, and services to customers on behalf of our clients, and provide information and advice on the services of other national and local agencies.
- Take responsibility for resolving queries or completing actions arising from customer enquiries and act as an advocate to progress and chase on behalf of the customer.
- Refer customers, wherever appropriate, to professional specialist staff.
- Complete forms on behalf of customers.
- Provide information to back office/service area staff regarding customer needs and identify service improvements.
- Record and maintain an electronic record of customer details and their individual service requests.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with strong call centre/contact centre experience, as well as great customer service and IT skills. A confident telephone manner and reactivity to instruction are essential for this position.
