We're looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team in London. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in Behavioural Science and want to work with a leading company in brand advertising, customer experience marketing, PR, influence, and consulting.

  • This position comes with a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000.
  • Our hybrid working model offers flexibility with 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
  • As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that works with top companies in the industry.
About the Job

In this role, you will support the design, execution, and communication of UK and EMEA Reward and mobility plans and programs. You will work closely with stakeholders across People, Business, Finance, and Mobility departments.

  • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the global job architecture for EMEA and the UK.
  • Your tasks will include collecting, analysing, and maintaining accurate compensation data.
  • You will also administer mobility requests for remote working, cross-market hires, and permanent moves.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Designing and executing UK and EMEA Reward and mobility plans and programs.
  2. Providing analytical expertise to stakeholders.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compensation data.
