About the Role:
  • Manage salary survey data and conduct analysis and benchmarking.
  • Play a key role in the annual salary review process.
  • Oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting.

What We're Looking For:
  • Candidates with experience in compensation within professional services (preferably in the legal industry).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
