Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Service Director to join our team at AdMore Recruitment. As a Sales and Service Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales through delivering exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance

As a Sales and Service Director, you will be accountable for ensuring that your team is motivated, trained, and equipped to provide outstanding customer service and sales performance. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 + bonus + package, based on industry standards and market conditions in London and Greater London.
