Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the sales efforts for our Asset Management segment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product strategy, to drive sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in the global marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field required; graduate/second-level degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in sales, preferably in software/services organizations, with a successful track record of driving revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales professionals and drive sales performance.
- Strong understanding of the Asset Management segment and its nuances.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum.
