Job Description:

As a seasoned HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives across the UK, Middle East, Belgium, and the Netherlands. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that supports organisational growth and employee engagement.



Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement Malt HR policies and practices that support business growth.
  • You will coach and partner with managers on performance management and employee development.
  • You will provide HR expertise in areas such as organisational development, feedback, employee relations, and development.
  • You will collaborate with the HR Centre Of Excellence to ensure accurate support on compensation & benefits, talent acquisition & development, people operations, workplace communication.
  • You will contribute to the development of HR transversal programs for Malt.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a multinational group or start-up.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws in the UK, with knowledge of North Europe or the Middle East being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.


What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive package that includes a salary of £65,000 - 80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.



Onboarding Process:

You will spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris.
