About the Role

The Praxis Group is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to join their team in Knightsbridge. As a key member of the HR function, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective HR practices.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic projects that impact positively on employee engagement, performance, retention, and other key people metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the Praxis Group, including the Group HR Team.
  • Work as a strategic partner, taking ownership of key initiatives in the Group HR People and Culture Strategy.
  • Take a lead role in initiatives to embed the company's culture and values.
  • Develop a succession planning process and put in place strategies to address succession gaps.
  • Develop a talent review process and put in place strategies to develop high potential colleagues.
  • Create and deliver a management development programme to ensure the quality and consistency of people management.
  • Create and embed a competency framework.
  • Consult on organizational design and job design.
  • Identify the need for initiatives relating to the full spectrum of HR disciplines.
  • Oversee and act as an escalation point for employee relations issues.
  • Provide advice and guidance on performance management cases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of operating as a strategic HR business partner within a similar, growing business.
  • Deep experience in leading and delivering management development programmes.
  • Experience of developing and embedding a competency framework.
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic projects that impact positively on employee engagement, performance, retention, and other key people metrics.
  • Experience of leading on culture programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • An engaging senior leader with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to deliver HR solutions that impact positively on commercial performance.
