Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to develop an understanding of the business, their priorities, and challenges, leading the people strategy for each group.
  2. Advise and guide on employee relations issues and people challenges to identify and minimise risk to the business.
  3. Use evidence and data to identify people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs.
  4. Focus on succession planning and talent development initiatives to ensure leadership continuity and readiness.
  5. Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area deliver its strategy.
  6. Partner with the wider HR team on implementation of initiatives, acting as the local point of contact for the Portfolio Companies.
  7. Coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency and productivity.
  8. Develop and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement within the businesses.
  9. Collaborate with Business Partners on the onboarding of newly acquired companies.
  10. Assist in the design, review, and implementation of HR policies and processes.
  11. Lead change management initiatives that align with people and business strategies, supporting business leaders with the implementation and communication of these plans.
  12. Partner with Talent Acquisition and Strategic Business Partners on resource planning for identifying synergies, gaps, and scalability.
  13. Lead programmes including talent management, employee engagement, and performance development.
  14. Ensure understanding and adherence to jurisdictional employment law, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive HR strategic and business partnering experience, ideally from a financial services or professional services background.
  2. Proven experience in organisational design, capacity planning, and strategic leadership roles.
  3. HR Certification is strongly preferred.
  4. Experience with Workday is desirable.
