We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our London based team. As a key member of our People operations, you will play a critical part in enhancing our HR capabilities, driving effective processes, and ensuring that the people agenda supports business objectives.


About the Role

This is a brand-new role which will report into the People Director and present a unique opportunity to drive the people agenda within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Forming part of a small team and working alongside the People Director and HR Operations Manager, you will help to strengthen People operations and align them with the businesses broader organisational goals.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Partner stakeholders, coach managers, and foster a high-performance culture that supports the businesses growth and objectives.
  2. Implement effective HR processes, policies, and procedures that drive business outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees.
  4. Provide expert HR advice and guidance to support business decisions and drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is self-motivated, commercially minded, politically astute, agile, and capable of navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideally, you will have excellent academic credentials, a broad and expansive learning outlook, and a strong purpose and values-based approach.
