Residential Care Team Manager

We require a highly motivated and experienced candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care. A completed L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will also be required to possess a compassionate and caring nature, as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,000, plus additional benefits including paid breaks, occupational sick pay, and free meals on shift. Our commitment to staff development ensures that you will receive ongoing training and support to advance your career in residential care.
About the Job:
The Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of care assistants, while ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion for residents. They will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
