Job Description: Night Shift Team Manager in Residential Care

We are looking for a seasoned care professional to join our team as a Night Shift Team Manager at Ashley House Residential Care Home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting our care assistants, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their independence.
  • Collaborate with care assistants to develop and implement effective care strategies, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, showcasing your attention to detail and organisational skills.


What We Offer:
  • A salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
