About the Role: Residential Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the position of Residential Care Team Lead at Ashley House Residential Care Home. As a key leader within our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, focusing on residents' unique needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration, empowering staff to provide outstanding care.
  • Promote effective communication, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
