Care Coordinator

Hartford Care is committed to delivering high-quality care and support services to its residents. We are looking for a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team.

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a shift team, promoting each person's privacy, dignity, and independence. Your duties will include supervising staff, checking activities logs, and giving detailed handovers.

The role comes with a competitive salary and benefits package, including a £2,000 attraction payment, paid as £1,500 on joining and £500 on completion of the probationary period.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
  • Completion of an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent leadership and delegation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
