About the Role:

The Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of care assistants, while maintaining the highest standards of care and compassion for residents. They will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
